Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect three categories of information:

• Account information you give us directly: name, company, email address, and the content of your inquiries.
• Seller data authorized through Amazon: with your explicit authorization via Login with Amazon, the Platform retrieves data from your seller account through the SP-API, including orders, listings and catalog attributes, inventory levels, reports, and financial events. Order data may include buyer personally identifiable information (PII) such as recipient name, shipping address, and phone number where Amazon provides it for fulfillment purposes. Advertising data is retrieved through the Amazon Ads API under a separate authorization.
• Website usage data: basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to keep the site secure and reliable. This website does not use advertising trackers.

2. How we use information

We use information solely to provide and improve the services a seller has subscribed to:

• Synchronizing orders, listings, inventory, and settlement data into the seller's workspace.
• Producing analytics, reports, and AI-generated diagnostics for the seller's own account.
• Fulfilling orders and related duties such as returns and tax where applicable.
• Responding to inquiries and providing support.
• Meeting legal, accounting, and security obligations.

3. What we never do

• We never sell personal information.
• We never use Amazon customer PII for marketing, advertising, or profiling.
• We never share one seller's data with another seller or use it to compete against them.
• We never request SP-API roles or datasets beyond what a subscribed module requires.

4. Storage and protection

All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest with AES-256. Access is role-based on the principle of least privilege, protected by multi-factor authentication, and logged. Production systems are network-isolated and not reachable from the public internet. Our full practices are described on the Data Security page.

5. Sharing

We share information only with: (a) cloud infrastructure and email subprocessors bound by data processing agreements, engaged strictly to operate the Platform; (b) authorities where the law requires it; and (c) parties you direct us to share with. Subprocessors never gain rights to use the data for their own purposes.

6. Retention and deletion

Amazon customer PII is retained no longer than 30 days after order delivery and is then securely deleted, unless a law requires longer retention, in which case it is kept in a restricted, encrypted archive used only to meet that obligation.

Other seller data is retained while the seller's subscription is active. When a subscription ends or a seller revokes authorization, we delete the seller's Amazon data within 90 days, except where retention is legally required. Sellers may request earlier deletion at any time.

7. Incident response

We operate a documented security incident program covering detection, containment, remediation, and notification. Incidents affecting Amazon data are reported to Amazon within 24 hours of detection. Affected sellers and, where the law requires, authorities and individuals are notified without undue delay.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed in jurisdictions where our infrastructure or subprocessors operate. Wherever data is processed, it remains protected by the safeguards described in this policy and by appropriate transfer mechanisms where required.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. Amazon buyers should direct requests to the seller they purchased from or to Amazon; we support our sellers in honoring such requests. To exercise any right, contact us at the address below. We respond within the time required by applicable law.

10. Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies, such as those required for language preference. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

11. Children's privacy

Our website and Platform are business services and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party sites, including Amazon. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes affecting Platform customers are announced by email before they take effect.
